The application fee is to be paid online only. The candidate will be able to make the payment using his/her net-banking account, debit or credit card until October 15, 2020. Additional bank charges apply.

An application once submitted CAN NOT be changed/rectified. Therefore, before submitting the JAM 2021 application, please ensure that all the details and all the necessary supporting documents are filled/uploaded and there is NO ERROR.

Please also ensure to pay the application fee as per the gender/category and test paper option. If the fee paid is NOT as per the Gender and Category and the number of Test Paper(s) entered in the Application Form, then the filled in form will be rejected without any intimation to the candidate.

Multiple applications submitted by a candidate are liable for rejection. Hence, DO NOT submit multiple application forms. After submitting an application, if a candidate decides to appear in other test paper or to change test paper(s), he/she can ADD THE ADDITIONAL TEST PAPER or can change the TEST PAPER(S) before the closing date in the earlier submitted application form. In such cases the candidate has to pay an additional fee online before the closing date as per the following table

The status of an application can be checked at any point of time by logging in JOAPS.

Candidates, who have wrongly entered the Category or Gender will be allowed to change the Category or Gender with an additional fee as per the following table on the JOAPS Portal until October 31, 2020

Online payment of Application fee can be made using the following modes only:

For making online payment of Application fee, login at the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS) Portal and follow the payment instructions after verifying the filled application form.

From the JOAPS portal, the candidate will be redirected to the payment gateway webpage, which provides the payment options.

After successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the JOAPS portal, where you can download the completed application form containing the payment details.

JAM does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the candidates for online payment. However, the candidates have to pay the other charges, as applicable for online payment, to the payment gateway or merchant banks.
Refund Policy:

The application fee is NEITHER refundable NOR transferable. Once submitted, there is no way that a candidate can cancel his/her application.

In case, the fee amount has been debited (deducted) from your bank account, but JOAPS does not receive the information due to communication failure or any such event, then the money will be automatically credited back to your account from which the money was deducted. However, this may take a week or more, after the closure of the application process.
